We make every effort to ensure our patients are satisfied with their experience. Because our services require time, products, and staffing, all service sales are final. Treatments, procedures, and packages cannot be refunded once they have been rendered or initiated.
If you ever have concerns about a service you received, please reach out to our team — we want every patient to have the best possible outcome and will work with you on next steps if an adjustment or alternative plan is needed.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your provider’s time and other patients who may be waiting for care, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-show appointments may also incur this fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain smooth scheduling for everyone.
